HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

No, we sell the Art prints and frames separately.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU GUYS?

WHERE CAN I BUY THE GOLD FRAMES YOU HAVE IN THE ADS/PHOTOS?
The frames are called "baroque frames" and are handmade. I recommend you visit a local frame shop in your city or Google "baroque frames + print size" to see if you can find any similar ones in your country. We also offer some similar frames but in a thinner version.
HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
If only the art prints are selected then they are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages. If you add a frame to the same order then you will get the art print professionally framed and the artwork will be ready to hang right out of the box.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. You can also track your order here.
ARE THE ARTWORKS SIGNED?
From 2021/06/01 all the artworks have a original stamp of a singed Criss Bellini signature and the year it is printed + a certificate is included.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately at info@crissbellini.com. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register your return via info@crissbellini.com. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All customers according to the Swedish law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account. Contact us at info@crissbellini.com to get the adDress for shipping back your artwork.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at info@crissbellini.com to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
CAN I ORDER ANY ARTWORK WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS?
We don't offer custom work. The art is only available in the dimensions shown on the website.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Local Taxes:
No customs or local taxes (sales tax, customs duty) on orders to EU, Australia, Norway and U.S. Please note that local charges to other countries (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
