WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FROM EU & USA
My studio is based in Sweden but my facility where i'm shipping and printing my art prints from is in Latvia and in U.S.

If you order from an EU country the package will be shipped from my Latvian facility so you will not need to pay any customs.  
If you order from USA it will be printed and packed from my U.S. facility so you will not need to pay any customs.

' If you order from another country that is outside EU and U.S. it will be shipped from the nearest of the two facilities and customs needs to be paid by you (the customer). 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We are printing on demand where the fulfillment takes between 1-5 days + the shipping time, shipping time depends on destination and carrier. You will se the exact shipping time to your country on the checkout page. It's important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra (1-5 days) to get everything ready.

UNSUCCESSFUL ITEM DELIVERY ATTEMPT/ TRACK YOUR PACKAGE?

Don't worry about the message: "Unsuccessful item delivery attempt" sometimes the carrier dosen't call before attempt delivery, if you're not at home the package will be delivered to the nearest post office. It can take about 2-3 extra days before you receive a letter mail where you can pick up your package. 

You can also track your shipment with your tracking number on your local postal service for your country (the tracking number looks something like this: LY004190181LV)PostNord Sverige is the name of the Swedish postal service. If you don't know your own countries Postal Service use Google to find it.

We can't contact them for you because there is a big possibility, that if you call the post office in your country, they won't even talk in English, so the end customer should contact them. Unfortunately, assisting with carrier-related investigation is currently not a feature that we assist with as of now but we hope so in the future. All I can suggest is that the end customer contacts the local post or the shipping carrier.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All customers according to the Swedish law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. I refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design. 

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping worldwide. We also use live shipping rates on crissbellini.com, which are calculated based on how many products are in the order and the exact shipping address, we don't have a spreadsheet of the shipping costs for our shipping rates. Check your shipping cost at your checkout page, and we guarantee you will get the cheapest prices available. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Once you've added your products to your cart, and proceeded to checkout, you'll be able to see which service your order will ship with.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a 35€ fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
