Since 15.06.2020 all our orders are shipped out with UPS or FedEx. I partnered up with one of the best printing companies in EU. They make it possible for me to ship my artwork worldwide and still keep high quality artworks. My art studio is based in Sweden.HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to email@example.com and we will help you to track your order.HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
The fulfillment takes between 1-4 business days depending on how many orders we have + the shipping time 4-10 busniess days, shipping time depends on destination. It's important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT?

All customers according to the Swedish law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. I refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account. We do not accept returns on custom orders. Contact us at email@example.com to get the adress for shipping back your artwork.
Note: All orders on SALE are not included in our return policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.

Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven't started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfillment takes 1-5 days). Note: We take a 20€ fee for handling the cancellation.WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a 35€ fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
